How long does it take to get my digital & printed portraits back?

We will process orders in the order in which they are received. All orders received before December 17th will be delivered no later than December 22nd.

I ordered gift portrait products, how long does it take to get those back?

All gift portrait products ordered before December 17th will be delivered to the gym no later than December 20th. In some circumstances, we will opt to mail your gift products directly to you, free of charge!

What is the quality of the portraits?

All portraits delivered are full resolution.

Why do I see light stands/backdrops etc in the photos? Are final portraits fully edited?

Yes, both team and individual portraits are fully edited and retouched with the removal of any thing that doesn’t make sense. Please note some team portraits can possibly require additional editing for background extension.

What makes your photography different?

We firmly believe in delivering portraits that will last a lifetime, which is why we always deliver digital portraits in BOTH Color & Black/White to ensure you have the flexibility to do whatever you would like with your portraits!

How long have you been a photographer?

Erika has been in the photography industry for 25 years and has owned and operated Erika Hopkins Photography since 2007. Through the years, she has worked in high-paced studio settings, outdoor portrait sessions, Disney Wedding Photography and at her natural light studio located in Lake Mary, FL

We did not have our uniform on the day of the portraits. What can we do?

Not a problem! The entire team is welcome to come to our studio or we can schedule a date/time at the gym for both individual and your team portraits. Feel free to reach out directly to coordinate this.

How do I order a digital of the Team Photo?

We only offer printed portraits of the team photo
